Zhuzhou Jinzuan HRC55 grade 3-flute rainbow coated carbide end mill is specially designed for high-speed machining of aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals. The optimized 3-flute U-groove design ensures fast and smooth chip removal, preventing clogging and built-up edge even at high cutting speeds. The advanced rainbow-colored TiAlN coating provides ultra-low friction and excellent heat resistance, extending tool life while delivering a mirror-like surface finish on aluminum workpieces. The high-hardness carbide substrate maintains excellent rigidity and wear resistance, making it ideal for slotting, profiling, side milling and finishing operations.
